Peugeot Traveller - TCU problem

Hello, I have Peugeot Traveller 2017 automatic
For some reason the display on the dash cluster that would normally indicate the position of the gear lever (D,P,N,R,M1,M2) etc is only showing 'M-'
When we start the car straight on starter motor, the car runs fine. Gearbox and engine is OK.
No possible to to start the car with button inside of the car, because car can start only in N or P, but it shows M-.. In diagnostic is not possible to go into Transsmition control unit and so many others units show no communication with Transsmition control unit.

Anybody have any ideas for me?

Dobrý den, mám Peugeot Traveller 2017 s automatickou převodovkou.

Z nějakého důvodu displej na palubní desce, který by normálně indikoval polohu řadicí páky (D, P, N, R, M1, M2) atd., zobrazuje pouze 'M-'.

Když nastartuji auto přímo startérem, běží bez problémů. Převodovka a motor jsou v pořádku.

Auto nelze nastartovat tlačítkem uvnitř auta, protože auto nastartuje pouze v poloze N nebo P, ale ukazuje M-. V diagnostice se nelze dostat k řídicí jednotce převodovky a mnoho dalších jednotek s ní nekomunikuje.

 

Má někdo nějaké nápady?

What about just disconnecting the battery for a few hours? Have you tried that?
That could reset the control units in the car, including the one for the transmission.

Already tried, but still have same problem. The car also writes on dashboard Eco modus active and everything turns off after few seconds, but we changed battery for new one and still has same problem…
