Das Orientierungsrennen allgemein - alle Teilnehmer bekommen die gleiche Landkarte und das Ziel ist, die niederste Anzal von Kilometer auf die Trasse zu erreichen. Plus/minus Punkte fuer Erfuellung/Nichterfuellung der Aufgaben auf den definierten Anhaltestellen. Es ist wirklich Spass und die Motorstaerke ist dabei nicht entscheident Pardon překlad: Sammymu: K doplnění Vvittyho příspěvku: Nedílná součást našeho orientačního závodu je vždy také jízda zručnosti - slalom mezi kužely, couvání, zastavení na přesném místě atd. Orientační závod obecně - všichni účastníci dostatnou stejnou mapu a cílem je dosáhnout nejmenšího počtu kilometrů na trati. Plus-minus body za splnění-nesplnění úkolů na stanovených kontrolních místech. Je to fakt prča a síla motoru u toho není rozhodující. The main atraction of our meetings is orienteering (I hope, translation is correct...?), you will get itinerary with some hints where to go (e.g. shape of the crossings, with info where you have to leave) , and you should pass given path with a shortest amount of kilometers, or another criteria might be applied. Some additional objective could be used in some villages, like find statue in the park, visit a church, etc. Speed is not a criteria, so you have enough time to visit anything around the road, what are you interested by. Rest of the time is free, people could discuss about anything, see other cars, drink some beer... We could made english/german translation, which you could paste on your forum, or you could post just link directly to those pages. Exact schedule is not known yet, but usually friday is a day where people come, saturday morning about 9-10am will be start of the orientation race, expected length is till late afternoon, evening is free for discussions. There will be some meat, grilled on the fire, as a dinner. Sunday is last day without any fixed program. Usually, people split themselfs into several groups and are going to visit some locations around. Usually, there is some fee for visitors in the range of few € per person, used for price for race winners, dinner and other common expenses. Accomodation is in cottages by 4 people per each, price is about few € as well. I will precise this later. Unforutnatelly, not all our friends speaks with English/German, but lot of them could, at least a bit with one of those languages.
